For any reason within 5 days of purchase. Refunds will be made and exchanges will be issued once the item has reached me safe and sound in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning an item.

The time I need to do this piece before shipping varies between 2-3 weeks. After sending it, the delivery within Europe takes 2-5 days, to the US and most other international destinations 4-6 days.
Shipping costs are as follows: €15-25 for the EU, and €25-30 for the US and Canada. Please, contact me to know the exact cost of your specific destination or to know the costs of other international destinations.
