Terms of payment, shipping and return
Pay
I accept payments made through the website, bank transfers and PayPal. PayPal accepts both credit and debit cards, even if you don't have a PayPal account.
Please send me a message if you want to pay by bank transfer. I will ship the piece once the money is received and cleared in the bank.
For any other payment method, please send me a message so we can discuss the possibilities.
Shipment

Production time:
The time I need to prepare your order before sending it varies between 2-5 days for the pieces in stock and 3 weeks for the pieces that I need to make, since all my jewelry is handmade. For custom orders, it will usually take 4-8 weeks before I can ship the finished part due to time for planning, designing, exchanging emails with the client to fine-tune the design, production... For specific details, please refer to the individual article in the e-shop. If you need your order in a shorter time, please contact me and I will do my best to deliver the piece in the agreed time.
Shipping and delivery conditions:
Shipments are made through MRW in Spain and DHL or FedEx in the rest of the world, from Monday to Friday (except holidays in Barcelona) within the processing times indicated in each article. All shipments are certified and include tracking. In addition to the delivery address, I will need your phone number and your passport/ID number to process the shipment.
Delivery within Europe takes 2-5 days, to the USA and most other international destinations 4-6 days.
Shipping costs are as follows: €15-25 for the EU, and €25-30 for the US and Canada. Please, contact me to know the exact cost of your specific destination or to know the costs of other international destinations.
I am not responsible for customs delays or lost packages. My responsibility ends in the delivery of the package to the courier company.
Only the buyer is responsible for the payment and processing of taxes and/or customs and import fees that may apply. You can obtain more information by contacting the authorities of the country of destination of the shipment.
I will send the purchased item to the address you provide by email or on my website and not the one that appears on any other site, for example PayPal. If you wish to receive the shipment to another address, please let me know well in advance.

Refunds and exchanges

My goal is that you are delighted with your jewel and the way the transaction occurs. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me so we can fix it. The return conditions depend on the type of item purchased:
CUSTOM MADE and PERSONALIZED items (such as rings made to a certain size) - These items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged as they were made specifically for you. Unfortunately, rings are sometimes ordered in the wrong size. If this happens, and if the ring you have ordered is a design that I can resize (for example, I can NOT resize rings with precious stones) I will do so with an extra charge of €30 plus shipping costs.
Collection Items: For any item from my collections that has been purchased, it is no problem to make returns or exchanges (excluding shipping costs) for any reason within 10 consecutive days from the day the purchase was made. Refunds will be made and exchanges will be issued once the item has reached me safe and sound in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning an item.
The exchange and return policy applies for a maximum of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Finally, to complete your return, I need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received it. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the return will automatically be made to the account associated with your original method of payment, for example your credit card, within a certain number of days.
Late or non-existent refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact the company responsible for the payment method, for example your credit card, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only items purchased without a discount can be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Change procedure (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, email me at anne.waha(AT)gmail.com. Once the exchange procedure has been agreed, send your item to my workshop address: Espai Micra, Carrer d'en Rosic 6, 08003 Barcelona, Spain.
Gifts
If an item was given as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, it will be sent to you by certified mail at no additional cost.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift at time of purchase, or if the gift giver sent the item to themselves to give to you later, we'll send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipment
To return your product, you must send your item to my workshop address: Espai Micra, Carrer d'en Rosic 6, 08003 Barcelona, Spain.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your place of residence, the time it may take for the exchanged product to arrive may vary. If shipping an item is more than 75 euros, you should consider using a registered and tracked shipping service. If you do not do so, you cannot guarantee that you will receive your returned item and, in this case, you will not be able to receive the agreed compensation.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please make sure you know the exact size of the ring. Do not estimate the size by eye or measure it with a piece of string or a measuring tape. The best way to get the most accurate size is to go to a jewelry store and ask for your ring size.
